Who am I? On the interenet, I go by the screen name Boudicca the Red, though friends call me Bou, for short. The queen became a personal symbol for me a few years ago while I was dealing with a particularly rough time, and learning who the real life Bou was and is. The great queen conjured images of strength, courage, and an unrelenting stand against her enemies.
Away from the computer, I have been married 9 years to the same terrific guy, and my life is filled with many animal 'children'. I love to write, and am hopeful that someday, my works will be published in novel form or on the screen. I love classic rock and roll, hockey, medieval art and literature, sci/fi and fantasy. I am somewhat a history buff, particularly interested in Roman-Britain. In my spare time, I research for my stories, and chat with my pals, while trying to keep my web pages updated. And that is all about me, that is fit to print.

These are causes close to my heart. Animals bring me much joy in my life. The Muscular Dystrophy Association means a great deal to me, because my favorite cousin, Joseph Lee, died at the age of 18 from the disease. My memories of him are only happy ones.
